Casting platform connecting model agencies, brands and talent

A SaaS platform with 200+ professional users where brands search talent with faceted filters, agencies share curated talent packages through public previews, and casting projects run role by role. I was the most active contributor on the Next.js front-end: the casting forms, packages and labels, invitations and organisation management, push notifications and real-time updates, Stripe plans, and the Core Web Vitals work that cut load times by 40%.

1. 05/2025 – 07/2026

   Frontend Team Leader

   OSOSS · Hawalli, Kuwait

   • Owned the architecture of a multi-tenant platform serving many client storefronts from one codebase; per-tenant route segments and caching cut data retrieval time by 40%.
   • Planned and executed the migration of a live system from Next.js 12 (Pages Router) to Next.js 16 (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions) with the CTO, without pausing releases.
   • Implemented JWT and OAuth flows, containerized the platform with Docker (multiple replicas per tenant), and tracked release health with Sentry.
   • Ran 30+ code reviews a month, resolved 15+ critical issues monthly, and mentored 5 developers.
   • Defined the testing strategy and retrofitted Jest, Vitest, Playwright and Cypress coverage into Jenkins CI.
   • Used Claude Code daily, keeping repository conventions in CLAUDE.md so AI output matched team standards.
